for everyone
Years ago, when I was the new kid in town (Austin, TX), a bespectacled young man asked me for 2 copies of my newly produced cd which I handed to him with a smile and no hesitation. Such was the scene in those days. It was a little later that I was told that he was an up and coming electronic dance music (EDM) promoter in central Texas. Within a matter of several weeks, I played my first ever rave in Texas, one that will be memorable for life.

Just an hour ago, I found out that Dustin had tragically died in a car accident on July 24th. He was laid to rest in his home state of Washington. He leaves behind a wife and daughter as well as numerous people who are still in shock and feeling a great loss. He meant a lot to many people and to EDM in general.

Thanks for everything. I will miss you.

Thanks, Z. I wasn't really close to him but he was definitely a nice guy who made an impact on many, many lives.
